DEAR STUDENTS,

The points you need to pay attention to when selecting your courses are listed below.

The advisor table has been announced on our webpage.

Please check your A/B group status according to this list and pay attention to this division for the courses that are separated into two groups.

Due to system-related issues, some courses may appear with different BYS codes than those in the program. Please check the program on our website, select the course suitable for your class, day, and time, and submit it for approval.

Your courses must not overlap.

In course selection, priority is given to students of the relevant class.

Students who wish to take courses from upper grades must consult their advisors before making their selections. Please pay attention to the following matters in this regard:

• Especially in practical courses, it is not considered appropriate to take upper-level courses without completing the core field courses.

• Some field courses have prerequisites that must be completed in order to continue.

• Since some courses are electives and some are offered on two separate days, there are quotas—please be mindful of this during your selections.

• In some courses, students from Class A and Class B will take the course from different instructors. Please make your selections according to the instructor listed next to your class in the attached program.

• If you make an error in course selection, send an email to your advisor specifying which course was chosen incorrectly and what the correct version should be. This is very important for corrections.

• For Research Project and Teaching Practice courses, make your selections according to the announced lists.

• Please check the final version of your registered courses. In fact, check them again just before registration closes, as system errors may occur. If there is a problem, your advisor may want to meet with you in person to resolve it—please comply with such a request.

• In case of adding or dropping a course, inform your advisor via email/message which course you are dropping and which one you are adding.

• During the registration period, even if your process is complete, check your emails frequently.
